CNCS is a robust notification system that works with configurable notification entities that may include customer contacts, carrier contacts, copacker/ location contacts, or internal contacts. Specific preferences are set for different types of notifications by module by workflow for each such notification entity or for groups of entities. Notifications are template messages that customers can configure to have specific text, specific data fields and attachments, such as important documents. This module gives the customer the ability to set up automatic notifications to the customers that remove the need for a large Customer Service department. This mechanism immediately boosts customer satisfaction because customers appreciate transparency. Transparent Supply Chain leads to improved quality. Therefore, CNCS is one of the core modules of our system.
