What It Does

PPM — Production Planning Module — is MFX's planning suite: not a single scheduling screen, but interconnected tools from order intake to committed shop-floor work order. The Integrated Planning module reads your ERP bill of materials, checks tank availability and equipment windows against the live schedule, and returns a complete sequenced plan in seconds.

Auto-Planned Schedules

The Integrated Planning module reads your ERP BOM, checks current tank inventory and equipment availability against the full existing schedule, and returns a complete sequenced plan in seconds. Plans appear in a private sandbox for planner review before touching the live schedule.

Floor Execution Sync

Committed plans flow into the Production Schedule and Blend Schedule — the same records floor operators work from. The Desktop Blend Schedule runs offline at the blend floor and syncs automatically when connectivity restores. There is no paper copy diverging from the digital record.

Live Tank QC Gates

Tank Inventory integrates production completions, blend actuals, shipments, and SCADA sensor readings into a running balance per tank. Every tank's QC clearance status from QCM surfaces on production and blend schedule timelines — tanks with pending or expired quality status are flagged system-wide before scheduling.

Automatic Lot Traceability

Lot numbers are assigned when schedule entries are saved and confirmed against actual at job completion. The Shift Leader Dashboard closes each shift with OEE metrics, plan-vs-actual comparison, and a structured annotated handover — incoming crews see a documented record, not a verbal summary.
